Time Capsule Wardrobe is a guide to sewing a history inspired wardrobe. This book includes 7 sewing patterns inspired by the Georgian, Romantic, and Edwardian eras which have been reimagined for everyday wear. Each garment has been designed to be mixed and matched, whether you choose to sew the whole set or add a few pieces to your existing wardrobe.
This bundle also includes a printed copy of every sewing pattern in the book, graded to an extended size range and ready to cut out and start your projects. The patterns are printed on large sheets of 60gsm paper, which is thicker than mass produced tissue patterns, ensuring you can use and reuse your patterns for many projects. The brightly coloured cardstock envelopes include photos of the garment as well as a size chart, finished garment measurement chart, and fabric yardages. Each pattern also includes a lay plan guide with suggestions on how to best arrange your pattern pieces on the fabric. The printed patterns include 13 sizes each, you can see the full size chart and photos of the patterns/envelopes in the listing photos.
The book and all elements of the printed patterns (envelopes, pattern sheets, lay plans) have been printed locally in the UK. The book is FSC certified and printed by a Carbon Balanced Print company. It has been professionally litho printed (not print on demand), which gives a sharper finish to the text and images, and ensures that it will withstand frequent handling.
