FAQs

Can I buy individual patterns?

It is currently not possible to buy standalone patterns. If you'd like to buy PDF or printed patterns, you'll need to do this through the bundle options (these contain all 7 patterns), or wait until I release the patterns for individual sale. I'll start working on reformatting the patterns in a few months.

The PDF and printed patterns currently do not contain instructions (the instructions are located in the book), so they won't be for individual sale until I have a chance to create PDF instruction files and printed instruction booklets for each pattern.

How can I access my PDF patterns?

Your PDF patterns will be automatically emailed to you. These are sent through the website, so they'll go to whichever email address you used on the website checkout.

PDF patterns are also be accessible through the website under the "profile" tab. Click on the person icon at the top right, find your order, and click "access content". You'll be able to download your files from this page.

Are taxes and tariffs included?

UK & USA taxes and tariffs are included.

For all other countries, they are not included. Your order may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, these will be collected from you by the mail carrier when the parcel arrives in your country.

Canada Post strike

Canadian orders are being dispatched as usual, but will likely face delays due to the Canada Post strike. Shipping is through Royal Mail, who hands over to Canada Post once orders leave the UK. Packages are tracked and insured.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through Royal Mail here.

I think my order is lost

Once the package arrives in your country, it is handed over to your local mail service. Theoretically it should continue to be tracked, but sometimes the tracking can appear "stuck" and stop updating. If this happens, don't panic - most likely it's still on it's way. Please try tracking the order through your countries national post service (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.), as they may have more information.

If you believe your package is lost, you'll need to wait 10 days after the estimated delivery date - Royal Mail does not consider it lost before this. If 10 days have passed, please email me at info@PiprekPatterns.com so I can resolve this with the shipping company and arrange a replacement.
